Inventor of Palanquin and the Asrah levitation. Belgian magician who lived in the United Kingdom where he also ran a magic shop and published Servais LeRoy's Magical Monthly. Eventually he, along with wife Mercedes Talma, moved to Keansburg New Jersey where he settled and lived out his final years.
