Color Changes

A Color Change is when an object, usually a playing card, changes color, or it's entire identity.

For instance, the Jack of Spades changes into the Two of Hearts. This can happen visually or behind the hands or body, but creates the impression that the magician can change the value of a playing card at his command.

Dai Vernon once said:

"The strongest effect that you can perform with a pack of playing cards is to change the identity of one card into another."
