A nonprofit organization that meets at the Magic Castle in Hollywood, CA. It is run by a board of directors whose president for life is William W. Larsen.

Current president of A.M.A. is Gay Blackstone, wife of the late Harry Blackstone Jr. and Vice President is Whit Haydn.
